Summary: Mary responds to the Lord’s mercy with song.  Is your song stifled or am you freed to sing?  Who needs to hear the song God has given you?

Scripture: Luke 1:50-56

Questions:

1.  Why does Mary sing?  Read over her song and try to put her reasons in your own words.

2. Do you have reason to sing?  What has God done for you?

3.  What type of things stifle your song?  The warm blanket of material possessions?  Recurring sin patterns? Anxiety?  What causes people to sing even amid affliction?

4.  This week… SING!  God sings over you and has given you a song the world needs to hear.  Sing daily to the Lord.
